The Challenge
Back on Track Bikes is a highly respected, specialist workshop for bike servicing, repairs, and custom builds. As a busy, hands-on workshop, they had no time to manage a comprehensive online presence. They needed a digital partner to take complete ownership of their marketing and, crucially, a simple way to show customers their up-to-date range of products and components without the complexity of a full online sales system.
My Solution
I provide a complete, "all-in" digital marketing service for Back on Track Bikes, acting as an integral part of their team. This includes a key feature that solves their product display challenge.

Live Product Catalogue (Simple Store): I integrated my "Simple Store" platform not for online sales, but as a powerful 'live catalogue.' This allows the team to easily add and manage their stock, so customers can see exactly what specialist products and components are available at any time.
Proactive Content Strategy: I actively come up with ideas, research topics, and create all the articles and posts for their blog and social media from start to finish.
Full Social Media Management: I manage their social media channels entirely, creating a consistent stream of content that engages with the local cycling community and drives traffic back to the website.
